Man Killed As Car Thrown Into Field

An Exhall man was killed when he was thrown from his car on a Warwickshire road at the weekend.

Philip Cooper, aged 28, from Grant Road died on Sunday shortly before 8pm after apparently losing control of his silver grey Rover 216.

The accident happened at the Cloudsley Bush crossroads near Monks Kirby, near Rugby.

He was driving towards the Magna Park Distribution Centre when he apparently lost control of his car.

The vehicle hit the kerb and spun across the road.

Both Mr Cooper and the car were thrown into a field.

Police said they were not looking for any witnesses to the accident.
