Thousands Goes Up In Smoke As Cars Are Torched

Arsonists caused thousands of pounds of damage to cars at the weekend when 11 vehicles parked in a compound were attacked.

Three cars were completely destroyed following the blaze at a commercial premises in Butler’s Leap, Rugby over the weekend.

The others suffered heat damage

Six cars had also been broken into and radios and alloy wheels stolen. Police said they suspect arsonists and appealed for witnesses to come forward and call 01926 415000.
