Thief Attacks
Earlsdon Shop Assistant
An
18-year-old shop assistant was shoved in the chest by a thief who
stole cash from a till in a Coventry supermarket.
The
offender queued up at the Heart of England Co-op in Earlsdon
Street, Earlsdon to buy a chocolate bar between 6.35pm and 6.45pm
on Monday.
When
the cashier opened the till to put his money he reached over and
pushed her away.
He
grabbed £15 in cash and ran off with the money and the chocolate
bar.
The
man is in his mid-20s, 5ft 10ins has short dark hair, a moustache
and a beard. Witnesses should ring 024 7653 9030.
