Neighbourhood Watch MeetingWarwickshire Neighbourhood Watch
co-ordinators are meeting police chiefs tonight to improve security in the county.
The discussion forum, at the Museum of
British Road Transport in Coventry, is part of the Crime Check Initiative Scheme run by
General Accident.
Detective Sergeant Mack Chisby from
Warwickshire Police said:
"We have been working alongside
Neighbourhood Watch for several years and this meeting will give us all a chance to see
what more we can all do.
"Neighbourhood Watch groups play a
critical part in helping us to solve and prevent crimes. We hope that the forum will
identify local problems and possible solutions to improve the quality of life in their
areas."
