        - September 1999 [30 SEP 99] ADMIRING THE VIEW Hi Cov, I've been admiring the view all day. I can't wait to visit next year. I'm fleeing
Australia while the Olympics are on and I have now found a place that looks so much more
inviting than the hussle and bustle of Sydney. I'll be watching. Theresa  < tstorey@anta.gov.au >[TAKE A LOOK AT THE CWN WEBCAM]
[29 SEP 99] STOKE SCHOOLS My name is David Owen and I attended the Stoke infant, junior and secondary schools in
Briton Road during the 50's and 60's (c 1955-66). I was born in 1950 and I would like to
find some people who I knew from my school years. I remember some people who I would like to talk with. These are some of the people I
        still remember:
Jackie Pegg?Barbara Gray?Mason???Wade??? I believe Jackie Pegg lived in Clay Lane at the Stoke Ex-Servicemens Club. I also think
Barbara Gray lived around the Brays Lane area. Not too sure. Mason and Wade were two lads
but I cannot think of they first names or where they lived. Anyone who was in the class with Colin Jordon as a teacher could help me, this was a
'b' class. Hope to hear from some people. Thank you. David Owen  < dave@owen2000.freeserve.co.uk >
[28 SEP 99] EXIT 19 - ALLAN O'FLYNN Can anyone help me find Allan O'Flynn, aka 'Chen'. He was the singer in my band 'Exit
19' (1984 - 85) and I'd love to contact him again. We plan on recording another song (just
for old times sake) and it has to be Chen on vocals! I last heard of him living in Willenhall about 10 years ago and hope someone will know
him by his nickname. He had a good friend called Eddie and the last girlfriend he had I
remember was called Kerry. If you can help please contact me. Mark Patrick  < mark@patrick88.freeserve.co.uk >

[19 SEP 99] FAMILY HISTORY RESEARCH I need help in tracing any descendants of my great aunt, Ethel Marjorie LEACH. Ethel moved from Rotherham to Coventry with her parents about 1901/02. She married
Frederick JOHNSTON at St Marks parish church on 9 November 1912. I believe they had three
children. She remarried (date as yet unknown to me) and became Ethel Marjorie RATCLIFFE. I
don't know if there were any children from this second marriage or the circumstances
concerning the ending of the first marriage. Ethel died about 1961 (I think). Any information would be most welcome. Joe Leach  < jrleach@75roughwood.freeserve.co.uk
