Does anyone remember me?
I am married now, but I was known as Lesley Ann Taylor.
I attended Stoke Junior School during the years of the late 1940's. My
hair was usually done up in two plaits, and we dressed in the usual gym
slips, white blouse, and jumpers maroon with a striped tie. I went on to
the annexe school of Stoke near Wyken before leaving to move to
Yorkshire. I lived in Browning Road, Stoke, Coventry.
I was very quiet and shy then. It would be nice to hear from anyone who
was in my class or attended at the same time that school. |
