Roadworks Warning In Coventry
Motorists
heading into Coventry are being warned that they face a diversion due
to emergency roadworks that start tomorrow.
A
section of Stoney Stanton Road near Howard Street in Hillfields will
be closed for an unknown period of time from 9am on 27 April.
The
road has to be repaired because of subsidence.
Drivers
heading towards the city centre will be sent into Howard Street, down
Harnall Lane West, left into Foleshill Road and will be able to join
the ring road at junction 1.
A
Coventry City Council said the contractors would be working to
complete the repairs as quickly as possible and asked drivers to be
patient in the meantime.
