Tree Planting At Dene Brook, Kineton

As part of National Tree Week the Chairman of Stratford District Council, Councillor Ann Simpson and children from Kineton Primary School will be planting 500 trees at Dene Brook, Kineton.

Councillor Ann Simpson will be planting a tree on Monday 23 November 1998 at 11am.  It will take place below the Castle Hills in Dene Valley.

This year's theme for National Tree Week, 25 November to 6 December, is 'favourite trees' and people and groups are invited to sponsor a favourite tree to be planted on any council owned land. For more information please contact Ralph Branston, Stratford District Council's arboricultural officer on 01789 260642.
