TEAM NEWS

Keith O'Neill and Paul Williams are both now back in training and could be in contention for places in the team against Wimbledon.

The only new injury from Sunday's game is Youssef Chippo who suffered a knock on the knee.

Nilsson will be waiting to see if Magnus Hedman has fully recovered from the illness which caused him to pull out of the Crewe game just before kick-off. Contract-locked Andy Goram will step in if the Swede is not fully recovered.

INTERESTING FACTS

Gates at Wimbledon v Coventry games have traditionally been low and the 3,270 gate for the Christmas 1991 game at Selhurst Park was the lowest crowd for a City league game for almost thirty years. A Stewart Robson goal cancelling out a Robbie Earle effort for Wimbledon.

The highest gate at a Wimbledon home game v Coventry was 15,796 at Selhurst Park in April 1996 when a large Coventry contingent, estimated at 7,000 boosted the crowd for the penultimate game of the season. Two goals from Peter Ndlovu made City safe from relegation in a 2-0 win.

City's early season 2-1 win at Selhurst Park in 1992 was a momentous day as the Sky Blues became the first ever leaders of the FA Premier League, having a 100% record after three games.

In 28 league meetings between the clubs neither side has won a game by more than two goals and the only time either side has scored three goals the games have ended in 3-3 draws.
