The Crusader Foundation, a newly formed organisation seeking charitable status, is holding 2 one week camps. The camps will include basketball coaching from Rick Solvason, Russ Saunders and Rob Clarke, who are Community Development Coaches and 1st team players for the Coventry Crusaders basketball club.

The Crusader Foundation would like to thank the Heart of England Foundation and Mercia Health Benefits who have both made donations making these camps possible.

Chairperson of the Crusader Foundation and Camp Director, Dip Donaldson said:

"I would like to help and encourage children in Coventry and Warwickshire to enjoy basketball and to learn skills such as team building.   The camp will provide opportunities to take part in other activities yet to be arranged, and will hopefully be a fun event for all who participate."

CAMP DETAILS:

Ages 8 to 18 years

Each camp is from Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm

Fee £50

17 to 21 August - Coventry Technical College

24 to 28 August - Barrs Hill School

Free T-shirt for each participant

Each camp will include:

• basketball development
  
• team building exercises
  
• additional planned activities
