Troubled Coventry Rugby Club have lost three more players as they prepare for the new season.

The Coundon Road outfit, planning to clear debts by moving home to Allard Way, had already lost skipper Rob Hardwick and five other first team squad members earlier this summer and now Andy Blackmore, Ian Patten and Warwick Bullock have joined the exodus.

Blackmore, an England A second row forward, and Patten are returning to the Bristol area while prop Bullock is moving to neighbours Birmingham and Solihull.
