Australian prop forward Simon Kerr could make his debut in English rugby for Coventry in their Allied Dunbar Division Two match against London Welsh at Coundon Road.

He is named among the replacements less than a week after arriving in this country from Down Under.

Also on the bench is the former Rugby League star Ritchie Ayres who was signed from Rochdale two weeks ago. He too could see some action, because director of rugby Derek Eves consistently makes full use of his replacement bench during matches.
