In With The Big League

Coventry joins all the UK’s leading conference towns at the fast-expanding Meetings and Incentive Travel Show in London this week.

The two-day show at Olympia 2 (June 23 and 24) is 25 per cent bigger than last year, with 450 companies exhibiting, representing 30 countries.

The Coventry and Warwickshire Promotions stand, nearly ten square metres of exhibition space, has been located in a ground floor area occupied by the British Association of Conference destinations, the main clearing house for footloose conferences and meeting in the UK.

Nicola Brookes, Head of Sales for Coventry and Warwickshire Promotions, said,

"We have a bigger stand this year and the show’s becoming steadily more important. We’re confident that we can secures plenty of interest for the product that we have to sell in Coventry and Warwickshire."

Coventry and Warwickshire Promotions is an independent "not-for-profit" company set up to promote the city region of Coventry and Warwickshire. Its core funding derives from Coventry City Council, and it is also supported financially by the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training and Enterprise, the European Regional Development Fund and by more than 100 enterprises and institutions.
