              Sweet Display Of
              Courage Against Robber 
              A
              man working in an off-licence threw a display of sweets at a
              robber who threatened him with a knife and demanded money. 
              The
              attack happened in Willes Road, Leamington at 9pm last night when
              the offender walked into Boozebusters. 
              No-one
              else was in the off-licence at the time and the man approached the
              52-year-old working behind the counter. 
              He
              pulled a black-handled seven-inch knife out of his top and
              threatened the man. 
              But
              the assistant threw a confectionery display at the offender, who
              fled empty-handed. 
              He
              is in his late 20s, slim build, 6ft and wore a black hooded top
              hat covered most of his face. 
              Anyone
              who saw where the man ran to after he left the shop should call PC
