An ice hockey star back home in Sweden before electing to play soccer. The 25-year-old blond cost £600,000 from Stockholm and has already been dubbed 'Junior Schmeichel'.

He found veteran Steve Ogrizovic a tough obstacle in his bid for a first team place and played only seventeen games but finished the season in the senior side.

He was No 2 to Thomas Ravelli in the Swedish side but was capped by them again this summer and is tipped to go all the way.
