Friday Night's Alright At Coventry Club
Night-clubbers
in Coventry can look forward to an extra hour on the dance floor each
Friday after the opening times of the Colosseum were extended.
Councillors
agreed today to allow the club in Primrose Hill Street, Hillfields, to
open until 3am.
Members
of the Licensing Committee heard that the club is already opened until
that time on Saturdays, and the owners applied for the same licence on
Fridays.
Licensing
officer Lauren Kennedy said the police had not opposed the switch, and
the extension would be reviewed when the existing licence expires in
December.
